TradingView to Take Profit Trader: Platform and Automation Rules

At Take Profit Trader, the question is not merely whether Tradovate or another futures platform can execute a TradingView alert. The firm publishes an approved software list.

Approved copier list is binding

The firm's October 22, 2026 policy lists approved trade copiers and platform-native tools. AlgoWay is not named. Unapproved copier services may trigger enforcement, even if the trading platform itself can receive orders.

Current platform intersections with AlgoWay

Unapproved external copier. The approved trade copier list (October 22, 2026) names specific products but not AlgoWay. Trade copying may be permitted between a trader's own accounts with approved tools; this does not establish approval for independent TradingView webhook automation.

What actually matters when connecting TradingView

Take Profit Trader permits trade copying between accounts owned and controlled by the same trader, subject to its trading integrity rules. It separately prohibits coordinated trading across different people, offsetting positions and schemes that circumvent risk limits.

The approved copiers named in the current official policy are Tradesyncer, TradeCopia, Affordable Indicators, Replikanto Flowbot in its Compliance Edition and platform-native copier tools such as Tradovate, NinjaTrader, MotiveWave and Quantower. AlgoWay does not appear in the published list.

Approving a manual-origin account copier does not automatically authorize a TradingView strategy that creates new positions. Before enabling an external webhook service, determine the precise TEST, PRO or PRO+ product and request approval for the intended workflow.

Checks to make before enabling orders

01 · Account setup

Check the current approved copier list for the software and version you will actually use.

02 · Execution permission

Identify the TEST, PRO or PRO+ stage, including its own rules.

03 · Trade copying

Distinguish copying your own manual trades from placing orders generated by TradingView strategies.

04 · Risk and compliance

Get written permission for any unlisted third-party cloud execution or copying service.
