1. Who We Are and Policy Scope

“We” and “AlgoWay” refer to IE Samvel Mayilyan, operating under the AlgoWay brand. The extension is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors through the extension.

AlgoWay Free Alerts provides user-controlled forwarding of TradingView alerts to a configured AlgoWay webhook. Its optional Auto Monitor feature reads trading-related information from a selected chart indicator and sends user-configured trade instructions. The extension does not provide its own trading signals or investment recommendations.

2. Information the Extension Processes

• TradingView alerts: alert messages and available alert identifiers used to recognize and forward new alerts.
• Chart and indicator information: symbols, timeframes, current prices, readable indicator names, and trading levels or events such as Entry, Stop Loss and Take Profit when available on the chart.
• Settings you enter: your AlgoWay webhook URL, preferred indicator, execution platform, quantity, trading mode, ticker override and Take Profit allocation settings.
• Operational information: signal identifiers, send results, HTTP response information, monitor health, execution state and local diagnostic records.

A webhook URL contains an identifier allowing requests to be sent to the connected AlgoWay endpoint. Keep it confidential. The extension does not request your TradingView login password, broker password or payment card details.

3. How We Use This Information

• Free Alerts: when enabled, detects TradingView alert activity and forwards the resulting alert payload to your configured AlgoWay webhook.
• Auto Monitor: when enabled, observes the selected indicator and chart price to detect new setups and determine configured trade-management actions.
• Diagnostics and safety: maintains local deduplication, execution status, delivery logs and stale-data warnings to reduce duplicate actions and make connection problems visible.

Both features are controlled by separate switches. Opening the extension and viewing available indicators does not, by itself, authorize trading commands.

4. Data Sent Outside Your Browser

When one of the forwarding or automation features is enabled and a relevant event occurs, the extension sends an HTTPS request to the algoway.co webhook URL you configured. The payload may include the chart symbol, action, price or derived levels, order quantity, execution settings and order identifier, depending on the feature and event.

The extension does not upload a complete chart screenshot or all chart snapshots as part of these webhook requests. Information received by AlgoWay can be processed and routed to the trading platform you selected for execution. The extension itself does not log in to your broker or connect directly to broker accounts.

Server processing, security logs and any subsequent routing are covered by the main AlgoWay Privacy Policy.

5. Local Browser Storage

The extension uses Chrome's local extension storage to remember configuration, your webhook URL, the most recent chart snapshot, event and monitoring state, recent execution events, and a limited local webhook audit history.

Local audit records may contain trade instructions, response information and identifiers. These records are visible in the extension's Alert Log and can be cleared there. Settings and remaining local records can be removed by clearing the extension's storage or uninstalling it.

Local storage is different from AlgoWay server-side records. Clearing your local audit history does not necessarily remove requests already processed by AlgoWay.

6. Chrome Permissions and Site Access

• storage: saves configuration, chart-monitoring state and diagnostic logs locally in your browser.
• scripting: reconnects the extension to TradingView chart tabs already open when the extension is installed, enabled or updated.
• alarms: checks whether monitoring information is still fresh and allows an outdated connection to be identified.
• tradingview.com host access: reads chart-related events and the selected indicator's information needed for the feature you enable.
• algoway.co host access: sends user-configured webhook requests to AlgoWay.

The extension does not use its permissions to collect browsing activity from unrelated websites.

7. Sharing, Cookies and Advertising

The extension transmits the webhook data described above to AlgoWay for the requested service. Necessary trading instructions may be sent onward to the destination broker or trading platform selected in your AlgoWay account. Service providers may process information for hosting, delivery, technical operations or security as described in the main Privacy Policy.

The extension does not sell browser or chart information to advertisers, use it to create advertising profiles, or serve targeted advertisements. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies of its own. The TradingView website and AlgoWay website may operate their own cookies under their respective policies.

8. Retention, Deletion and Your Rights

Extension settings and local records remain in your browser until they are cleared, replaced under the extension's local retention limits, or removed with the extension. AlgoWay server logs are maintained for limited periods based on service, diagnostics, security and legal requirements, as described in the main Privacy Policy.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of or objection to processing of personal data controlled by AlgoWay. Send privacy requests to connect@algoway.trade.

9. Security and Monitoring Limitations

Webhook delivery uses HTTPS. You should treat your webhook URL as confidential and avoid sharing screenshots that expose it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Auto Monitor runs in your browser and depends on your TradingView page, connectivity and browser scheduling. It may pause when live data becomes stale or a trade's delivery result is uncertain. Users remain responsible for checking their trading accounts and managing trading risk.

10. International Data Transfers

Data transmitted to AlgoWay may be processed outside your country of residence by AlgoWay and its service providers. Appropriate safeguards are applied where required by applicable law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this extension-specific policy. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the product.

12. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Georgia, except where applicable mandatory data-protection rules provide otherwise.
